Strip Clean cup discs fit angle grinders and are used face down to strip large areas of paint and rust quickly. No backing pad needed.

These stripping discs are for cleaning and stripping paint, rust removal and stripping varnish, grime and other coatings from wood and metal using angle grinders. Also ideal for age effecting oak beams. These discs are made with an open-structured non-woven base which resists loading and is less likely to gouge than sanding and flap discs.
