Surface conditioning belts are designed to give a consistent, smooth and burr free finish on stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. For use on an inflatable wheel on machines such as FiniMaster or Poly PTX.

Specification:

  • Made with non-woven abrasive fleece.
  • Needled to a low-stretch backing.
  • Contains cooling agent.
  • Check size. Length (circumference) is usually longer than coated abrasive sleeves due to thickness.
  • Chose grades:
    • Coarse (CO): For DP1 finish. Brushed finish.
    • Medium (ME): 240-320 equivalent.
    • V Fine (VF): Approx 400 finish.Satin finish.
