Premium zirconium wide sanding belts designed for demanding sanding and finishing applications. These belts are particularly effective on hard metals such as stainless steel and on very hard, dry timber where conventional aluminium oxide belts wear quickly.

Manufactured using high-quality KP950 zirconium abrasive, these belts provide an aggressive cutting action, excellent durability, and a longer working life. The tough zirconium grain continually fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, maintaining consistent performance throughout the life of the belt.

Our zirconium wide belts can be manufactured to suit virtually any wide-belt sanding machine and are available in custom sizes up to 1650mm wide.
